**Terms and Conditions**
Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before purchasing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. Offered by Guerra’s Enterprises INC you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Guerra’s Enterprises INC and employees are henceforth referred to by “we”, “our”, or “us”.
Be aware of the following:
- Guerra’s Enterprises INC is not responsible for the information, in some cases the device has to be restored which causes the total loss of information, the client is responsible for making a backup of all his information before bringing their device to repair.
- We will not be held responsible for any prior damage a device may have if it has been previously worked on, repaired, or is a refurbished device from Apple, Asurion, or another third-party vendor. Please note, that refurbished devices may have other issues which were not apparent at the time the device come to Guerra’s Enterprises INC.
- In the event that a defect arises with the repair within the warranty period, the device must be brought to Guerra’s Enterprises INC for evaluation. Guerra’s Enterprises INC will diagnose the repair immediately upon receipt; if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired at no charge. The warranty offered by Guerra’s Enterprises INC does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than Guerra’s Enterprises INC, or unauthorized modifications.
- WARRANTY IS VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of corrosion, heat, moisture, vibration, improper specification, misapplication, misuse, abuse or other operating conditions outside of Guerra’s Enterprises INC control.
- Devices for repair without the corresponding password will not be tested prior, to provide it is the duty of the customer. Also, any all means of accessing a device if they expect the device to be tested. If the required material for testing was not included for the initial repair and there is a complication after the repair is completed—assuming that the issue(s) is covered by our warranty and falls within the thirty (30) day warranty period—the customer will be completely responsible for paying the total amount once again if the device has returned after the 30 days, Under the circumstances that a device is unable to be tested completely by a Guerra’s Enterprises INC Representative, Guerra’s Enterprises INC will not be held liable for any functions that do not operate after being repaired.
- Any unclaimed items left in excess of thirty (30) days will be become the property of Guerra’s Enterprises INC, unless previous arrangements have been made to pay for or pick up the device(s)afterwards. In order to recoup the costs associated with performing the repair, housing a device in excess of thirty (30) days, and/or stocking parts required for the repair, the device(s) may be parted out; this intrinsically means that after thirty (30) days without prior arrangement for pick-up the device may no longer be retrievable in an capacity, by the customer or Guerra’s Enterprises INC.
- Customers or any person(s) associated with the customer who exhibit aggression, disrespect, or malcontent towards Guerra’s Enterprises INC staff, employees, property, and/or patrons may be asked to leave our physical location(s), refused service—either online or physical—and in extreme cases customers may be permanently banned from future service requests.
- All customer interactions are recorded, including: phone calls, physical interactions on location, emails, and ticket exchanges. Guerra’s Enterprises INC reserves the right to share these interactions with local law enforcement if the safety of Guerra’s Enterprises INC staff, employees, property, or other patrons is jeopardized; risks are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are therefore subject to interpretation by staff to ensure a safe, productive environment.
**Return policy**
- 7 days return policy, No Refunds, only exchanges or Store Credit will be issued.
- Accessories won’t be exchanged after 24 hours of purchase, with the original package. NO CASH REFUND
- Only Store credit on Phones within 7 Days with Original Receipt and Box 25% Restocking Fee will apply.
**Repairs policy**
- We will charge a diagnostic fee of $35 for the time spent with your device if the device needs to be checked by our technicians, if your equipment is repairable and you agree to do the repair, that value will be discounted from the total cost of the repair, if you do not want to do the repair or your device has no solutions, this fee is not refundable.
- 30 Days Warranty after repair made unless item is dropped or water-damaged after repairs or any other violations of our terms and conditions.
- We are not responsible if the item has any other defective parts/problems other than the one requested to fix.
- If item isn’t picked up within 30 days from initial receipt, then it’s forfeited to store.
- We are not responsible for any data loss. Please be sure to take any memory cards / SIM cards / charger or any accessories as we are not responsible for them.
- Once item is submitted for repair, you cannot decide not to fix it and will be responsible for the cost of repair.
- In some situations the equipment has much more serious issues, that when our technicians start to work on the repair, these equipment no longer turn on, due to that its first fault was originated by a more defective defect of the device, Guerra’s Enterprises INC Is not responsible for the equipment in such cases
- We reserve the right to turn away repairs at will, for any reason, and under any circumstance.
